Galapagos Bookstore opened 8th September 2009 and is located on the main street of ApolloBay, one of the most beautiful stops along the Great Ocean Road, an hour further west from Lorne.  ApolloBay is a great place to stop and enjoy the peace and beauty of our area.

          There is plenty to see and do here but remember  there’s nothing quite like a good book and the time to enjoy it!

          Galapagos is so open and easy to get around we positively encourage browsing!

         We also have a selection of Manga titles in store and are happy to order in any you need to complete sets in either Manga or Anime format.

         So you can see how we work to help you to rest, read, relax and enjoy your time in Apollo Bay!

         When you know  you are coming down, why don’t you pre-order any books  you want and we’ll have them waiting for you? Of course if you are not able to visit for a while, and we are your closest Independent Bookstore, then you can always order via this site and it will be sent to your home direct!
